Artesian Resources (ARTNA) said late Tuesday it named Raymond T. Kelly as chief information officer and Pierre A. Anderson as chief administrative officer.
Kelly was most recently the vice president of information technology, while Anderson was the chief information officer and senior vice president at the company, according to a statement.
Deirdre S. Smith was appointed as vice president of operations and planning, and was most recently the director of planning at the company, according to a statement.
Daniel W. Konstanski was also named vice president and chief engineer, and was most recently the VP of engineering at the company, according to the company.
