Roze AI (RZAI) said Tuesday its Korean subsidiary won contracts worth about 16.40 billion Korean won ($12.2 million), excluding value-added tax, to deploy its AI-based fire safety technology at three commercial and mixed-use projects in South Korea.

The company said the contracts cover two mixed-use developments in Seoul and a new fish market in Incheon.

The projects, expected to begin construction in H1 2027, will expand its customer base and commercial presence in South Korea, the company said.

It added that the contract values are based on preliminary designs and may change as projects progress.
