Veea Shares Rise After Company Secures Loans From NLabs

Veea (VEEA) shares rose over 50% in Monday trading after the company said it received unsecured loans totaling $1.65 million from NLabs, a principal stockholder and an affiliate of its chief executive officer.
The firm said late Friday in a regulatory filing that the loans were in four demand promissory notes carrying an annual interest rate of 10%, and will be used as working capital.
