These Analysts Revise Their Forecasts On Levi Strauss After Q3 Results

Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE:LEVI) posted mixed third-quarter fiscal 2026 results after Wednesday’s closing bell.

Levi Strauss reported quarterly earnings of 48 cents per share, inclusive of a 16 cent impact from tariff refunds, which beat the consensus estimate of 36 cents, per Benzinga Pro data. Quarterly revenue came in at $1.61 billion, which missed the Street estimate of $1.62 billion.

Levi Strauss raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $1.54 to $1.56, versus the $1.54 analyst estimate, and narrowed its revenue outlook to $6.72 billion, versus the $6.76 billion estimate.

“Our third-quarter performance highlighted the power of our diversified portfolio and reinforced our confidence that we have the right strategies in place,” said Michelle Gass, President and CEO of Levi Strauss & Co. “We saw strong growth in our international and wholesale businesses, and continued momentum across our lifestyle categories. While our direct-to-consumer business fell short of our internal expectations, we moved quickly to address the shortfall and are encouraged by the strength we are seeing heading into the holiday season, including in the U.S. Based on the acceleration in recent trends, our DTC business is on track to deliver mid-single-digit growth in the fourth quarter.”

Levi Strauss shares fell 2.9% to $18.94 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Levi Strauss following earnings announcement.

  • B of A Securities analyst Christopher Nardone maintained the stock with a Buy and lowered the price target from $27 to $25.
  • BTIG analyst Robert Drbul reiterated the stock with a Buy and maintained a $27 price target.
  • Needham analyst Tom Nikic reiterated the stock with a Buy and maintained a $28 price target.
