PepsiCo (PEP) shares were up 0.7% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 core net income and net revenue.
Coupang (CPNG) filed two lawsuits against South Korea's Personal Information Protection Commission, seeking to reverse 624.7 billion South Korean won ($466.1 million) in penalties for privacy violations, Seoul Economic Daily and Chosun Biz reported, citing legal sources.
