SK Hynix's Solidigm has selected Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as lead banks for a potential US initial public offering that could raise about $10 billion, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
JPMorgan, Citigroup and UBS have also been tapped for the offering, which could take place as soon as 2027 and value Solidigm at up to $100 billion, according to the report.
Solidigm is also working with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley on a pre-IPO funding round, Bloomberg said.
Solidigm, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
