Descartes Systems Group's (DSGX) new Agent Control Plane could help drive higher cross-selling and organic growth by using artificial intelligence agents to automate multi-step logistics workflows, RBC Capital Markets said in a note emailed Thursday.
Initially integrated with 15 Descartes products, ACP could make it easier for customers to adopt additional software and data offerings across the company's portfolio, the investment firm said after attending the company's user conference in Chicago.
The platform is seen to strengthen customer stickiness by helping customers automate workflows while leveraging Descartes' connectivity, data and applications, according to the note. It could also accelerate product development, the firm said, adding that ACP provides a unifying layer that could shorten the timeline for integrating acquisitions.
RBC Capital Markets maintained an outperform rating and a $126 price target on Descartes Systems Group.
