Japan Logistics Fund Secures 5.5 Billion Yen in New Loans

Japan Logistics Fund (TYO:8967) has secured 5.5 billion yen in new loans from MUFG Bank to refinance maturing debt, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
The 2.5 billion yen loan carries JBA three-month JPY TIBOR plus 0.33%, matures in August 2033, while the 3 billion yen loan carries JBA one-month JPY TIBOR plus 0.36375% and matures in September 2034, it said.
