Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Secures 5.7 Billion Yen Debt Financing

Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment (TYO:3249) said it will raise 5.7 billion yen through new debt financing, according to a Wednesday filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The three loans will be provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, with eight-year, six-year, and five-year terms at a floating rate tied to one-month yen TIBOR plus 0.230%, 0.195%, and 0.185%, with borrowing scheduled for Sept. 28, Aug. 31, and Sept. 4 and repayment due Aug. 31, 2034; Aug. 31, 2032; and Aug. 29, 2031.
Following the financing, total interest-bearing debt will remain unchanged at 297.63 billion yen.
