Kurabo Industries Completes 7 Billion Share Buyback

Kurabo Industries (TYO:3106) has completed its share buyback after it repurchased 42,800 of its own shares for 443 million yen through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange between Aug. 1 and Aug. 24.

The latest repurchase brings the company's total buybacks to 814,500 shares, with nearly 7 billion yen spent, exhausting the maximum authorization, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

The program, originally approved in November 2025 and running until September 2026, allows for up to 1 million shares or 5.98% of outstanding shares for a maximum of 7 billion yen.
