Takuma Closes 4 Billion Yen Share Buyback, To Cancel 1.14 Billion Yen Treasury Shares

Takuma (TYO:6013) completed its share repurchase program, after buying back 1.19 million shares for 4 billion yen between May 15 and Aug. 21.

The company repurchased 353,600 shares for 1.14 billion yen during Aug. 1 and Aug. 21, according to a Tuesday Tokyo bourse filing.

Takuma will cancel all 1.2 million repurchased shares, equivalent to 1.57% of shares outstanding before the cancellation, on Oct. 30.
