Stocks to Watch: Real REMAX Group, Grand Canyon Education, Amrize

Real REMAX Group said its board authorized the repurchase of the lesser of 25 million shares or $450 million of stock, following the acquisition of Re/Max Holdings by The Real Brokerage. Shares jumped 9.2% to $2.62 in after-hours trading on Monday.

Grand Canyon Education put Chief Financial Officer Daniel Bachus on paid administrative leave amid a government investigation into trades by a non-employee third party. The stock fell 3.5% to $142.50 after the bell.

Amrize Chief Financial Officer Baris Oran stepped down for personal reasons and was succeeded by Samuel Poletti. Shares were down 2.6% at $44.00.
