JetBlue Airways' Shareholder Carl Icahn Cuts Stake to 3.32%

JetBlue Airways (JBLU) shareholder Carl Icahn has cut his stake in the airline to 3.32% from 5.55%, bringing him below the 5% beneficial ownership threshold, according to an SEC filing Friday.
Icahn reduced the number of JetBlue shares held by his Icahn Partners investment firm to approximately 12.53 million shares from roughly 20.7 million.
With his stake now below 5%, Icahn no longer has to comply with certain reporting and disclosure requirements.
