Incredible Holdings (SGX:RDR) said its subsidiary, Billion Credit Financial, has been dissolved after being struck off the local companies register in Hong Kong, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The investment holding company has been seeking a new business after being classified as a cash company, with Billion Credit having ceased its operations for an extended period of time.
The unit's two properties, pledged as collateral for a HK$7.6 million loan tied to its former lending operations, will have their legal title transferred to the lender.
