Amazon.com-backed (AMZN) Anthropic plans to let business customers retain data on their own cloud computing infrastructure when using its most capable AI models as part of a new safety system rollout later this year, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The enterprise customers will still have to retain the data for 30 days, but they are no longer required to do so on Anthropic's cloud computing infrastructure, the report said.

Anthropic didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
