Sime Darby Property Logs MYR55 Million Investment Gain in Q2

Sime Darby Property (KLSE:SIMEPROP) booked 55.3 million ringgit gain from a change in the fair value of its investment properties for the second quarter.
The valuation increased the group's net assets per share by 0.0081 ringgit, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.
The investment properties had a combined fair value of 235.2 million, it said.
