EPlus (PLUS) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of IT provider Daymark Solutions.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Daymark's core capabilities of modern data center infrastructure solutions, cloud, Microsoft (MSFT) 365 and Copilot, and cybersecurity, are aligned with ePlus' strategic growth areas, ePlus said.
