Ronshine China Holdings (HKG:3301) said contracted sales totaled about 254.8 million yuan in July, with contracted gross floor area of about 33,199 square meters.
The average contracted selling price was about 7,674 per square meter, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
For the seven months ended July 31, aggregate contracted sales reached about 1.55 billion yuan.
