Greenvale Energy (ASX:GRV) mutually agreed with Patronus Resources (ASX:PTN) to amend the timetable for completion of the remaining conditions to complete the proposed acquisition of the uranium rights over the Pine Creek project in the Northern Territory, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Greenvale's legal due diligence for the deal has been completed, and its only remaining individual condition is shareholder approval for the issue of consideration shares to Patronus at a meeting on Monday.

Greenvale began discussions with Patronus regarding the potential for it to begin initial fieldwork programs at Pine Creek during the current field season.

Patronus' shares rose 2% in recent trading, while those of Greenvale jumped 8%.
