HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 22, 2026-- 

Halliburton Company $(HAL)$ announced today that its board of directors has declared a 2026 third quarter dividend of seventeen cents ($0.17) a share on the Company's common stock payable on September 23, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2026.
