Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) said its board has resolved to extend the period during which its off-market takeover offer for Zenith Minerals will remain open for acceptance until Sept. 7, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares rose 3% in recent Monday trade.
