Hisense Home Appliances' (HKG:0921, SHE:000921) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half dropped 20% to 1.66 billion yuan from 2.08 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
Earnings per share also fell 20% year on year to 1.21 yuan from 1.52 yuan.
Revenue slipped 5.2% to 46.8 billion yuan from 49.3 billion yuan in preceding year.
The appliances retailer's Hong Kong shares fell 2% during the afternoon trade.
