Sime Darby Property (KLSE:SIMEPROP) unit Sime Darby Property (KLGCC Resort) agreed to acquire a property, Wisma Unirazak, from Permodalan Nasional for 160 million ringgit.
The proposed acquisition comprises a parcel of freehold land together with a 15-storey office building and one level of basement carpark, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
