Shanxi Securities (SHE:002500) said it plans to issue up to 1.0 billion yen in corporate bonds, according to a Monday after‑hours Shenzhen bourse filing.
The brokerage will issue up to 10 million bonds priced at 100 yen each. Proceeds will be used to repay existing bondholdings.
