Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) signed a 20-year lease with an undisclosed customer for the first 50-megawatt phase of Tsukuba Tech Central, its 1-gigawatt data center campus in Tokyo, Japan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will develop, own, fit out and operate the facility, which will be ready for service in 2028, the filing said.
The company's shares were up 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
