Pan Pacific International Holdings' Attributable Profit Rises 22% in Fiscal 2026

Pan Pacific International Holdings (TYO:7532) posted a 22% year-over-year increase in attributable profit for the fiscal year 2026 to 110.1 billion yen from 90.5 billion yen.

Earnings per share were 36.71 yen, compared with 30.19 yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.

Net sales for the 12 months ended June 30 grew 9% to 2.445 trillion yen from 2.247 trillion yen for the year ended June 30.

The company declared a final dividend of 6.50 yen per share, payable from Sept. 30.

For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, the company expects an attributable profit of 110.5 billion yen, basic EPS of 36.61 yen, and net sales of 2.687 trillion yen.

The company plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 3.50 and 6.50 yen per share, respectively, for the fiscal 2027.
