Tatung Company's (TPE:2371) subsidiary, Tatung Power Electrics, will lease a property comprising land and buildings in Taioyuan, Taiwan from Tatung Development, according to a Monday filing.
The electronics and heavy electrical equipment maker's unit will pay a monthly rent of NT$179,326 by 2026, with the rent rising to NT$236,786 in 2027, with the land covering an area of around 331.5 pings.
