Goodman Group Fiscal 2026 Operating Earnings, Revenue Up

Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) logged AU$1.299 in operating earnings per security for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$1.18 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$1.30.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$2.56 billion versus AU$2.31 billion previously, the Australia-listed industrial property group added. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$3.08 billion.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.15 per security, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable Aug. 26 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
The company expects fiscal 2027 operating earnings per security growth of 9%.
