Downer EDI Fiscal 2026 Underlying Earnings Up; Revenue Down

Downer EDI (ASX:DOW) logged AU$0.429 in underlying earnings per basic share for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.376 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$9.74 billion versus AU$10.53 billion previously, the Australia-listed integrated services company added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.163 per share, up from AU$0.141 a year earlier, payable Oct. 1 to shareholders on record as of Sept 3.
The company expects revenue and earnings growth and earnings before interest, taxes, and, amortization margin improvement in fiscal 2027.
The company's shares fell 13% in recent Thursday trade and earlier hit a 52-week low.
