Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) saw six major renewals in fiscal 2026 amid its busiest year for implementations, with many of them occurring late in the second half of the year, giving the company "strong momentum" heading into fiscal 2027, Jefferies said in a Tuesday note.

While the implementations did not contribute materially to fiscal 2026 revenue, Pro Medicus said they will provide a considerable step-up in transaction revenue in fiscal 2027 as the company will receive a full 12 months of revenue from the contracts.

The company reported fiscal 2026 normalized EPS of AU$1.39, up around 25% from a year earlier and ahead of Jefferies' estimate of AU$1.37.

The investment firm maintained a hold rating on Pro Medicus with a price target of AU$188.25.

Pro Medicus shares surged 13% in recent Tuesday trade.
