Region Group (ASX:RGN) logged AU$0.141 in adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) per security for the fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.137 a year ago, a Tuesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$392.7 million versus AU$382.6 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.072 per security, up from AU$0.07 a year earlier, payable on Aug. 28.
The company expects fiscal 2027 funds from operations to grow 3% to AU$0.165 per security and AFFO to increase 3% to AU$0.145 per security, with the distribution payout ratio expected to be around 100% of AFFO.
