He said the company's key growth initiatives, including its health and wellness category and recent product introductions, continue to perform well. The stock rose 11% to $78.35 in late trading.
Singularity Future Technology agreed to sell about $30 million in common stock to certain investors. Under the securities purchase agreement, the company plans to sell to the investors an aggregate of 21.5 million shares at about $1.39 apiece in a private placement. The stock gained 42% to $6.37 after hours.
Amylyx Pharmaceuticals said it would disclose topline results from a Phase 3 trial evaluating Avexitide in patients with post-bariatric hypoglycemia. Amylyx said it would announce the results on Tuesday, with plans to host a call with its management team at 8 a.m. EDT. The Food and Drug Administration has granted avexitide breakthrough therapy designation for both PBH and congenital hyperinsulinism, as well as orphan drug designation for the treatment of hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia. The stock gained 13% to $24.25 in late trading.
Targa Resources said it signed 20-year agreements with ExxonMobil to provide natural-gas gathering, processing and downstream services in the Permian Basin and plans to build three new processing plants in the region. The agreements expand Targa's relationship with ExxonMobil, adding acreage in the Permian Delaware and Midland basins and extending existing Midland agreements through 2046. The deals also include 20-year commitments for NGL transportation and fractionation services. Shares of Targa ticked up 3.6% to $288 after hours.
