Nvidia (NVDA) has considered participating in a $20 billion-valuation funding round for Mercor, a data labeling provider that helps it develop its open-source AI models, The Information reported Wednesday, citing a person with knowledge of the process.
General Catalyst has been in discussions to lead the round, the report said.
Nvidia didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
