WhiteFiber (WYFI) said Wednesday it has priced an upsized $270 million of 5.00% convertible senior notes due 2032.

Shares were down about 25%, with intraday trading volume of over 12 million, versus a daily average of about 2.3 million.

Klarna (KLAR) shares were down about 3% after JPMorgan downgraded the stock to neutral from overweight and cut its price target to $18 from $22.

More than 12.2 million shares were traded intra-day, against a daily average of about 5.1 million.

K Wave Media (KWM) said Wednesday it has struck a deal to sell 526,314 shares at $1.90 per share in a registered direct offering. The stock closed at $2.64 in the previous day.

Shares fell 35%, with over 788,000 shares traded, compared with a daily average of about 283,000.
