Nvidia Among Investors Backing $350 Million Funding Round for Groq

Nvidia (NVDA) is expected to be among the investors backing a $350 million series A funding round for Groq, giving the artificial intelligence startup a $3.5 billion valuation, Groq said Monday.

Groq, which operates 13 data centers worldwide, said the funding round was led by Disruptive and is in addition to $650 million raised in June.

The startup is an Nvidia Cloud Partner, and the new capital accelerates the build-out of its global inference footprint, according to a statement.
