GS Engineering & Construction Invests KRW12.3 Billion in Affiliate for Green Ammonia Project

GS Engineering & Construction (KRX:006360) has committed 12.3 billion won to acquire common shares of affiliate Amun Energy, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The investment is earmarked for the Pohang pilot project on carbon-free distributed power generation using green ammonia.
The total contribution will be made in tranches through the second quarter of 2027, though the schedule remains subject to adjustment based on project milestones.
Including this latest injection, Amun Energy's total contributed capital stands at 12.9 billion won.
