FS.com (HKG:3355) completed the acquisition of Shanghai Baud Data Communication for 330 million yuan, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The networking equipment provider first entered into the purchase contract in July.
The target engages in the R&D, production, and sales of network communication equipment.
