Suzhou Betely Polymer Materials (SHE:301697) priced its initial public offering of 65.7 million shares at 12.10 yuan apiece to raise up to 795.0 million yuan, according to a Wednesday notice on the Shenzhen bourse.
Online and offline subscriptions will open on Wednesday. Guosen Securities serves as lead underwriter for the offering.
Proceeds will be used to boost research and development, production, automation, marketing and working capital for sustainable core business growth.
