Aon CFO Edmund Reese Resigns; Nadin Virani Appointed Interim Finance Chief

Aon (AON) Chief Financial Officer Edmund Reese has stepped down and will be succeeded by Nadin Virani as the interim finance chief, effective immediately, the company said late Monday.
Reese will act as a senior adviser to the CEO until mid-August 2027 to support the leadership transition while Aon engages an external search agency to find a permanent successor, the company said.
Virani formerly headed Aon's global corporate planning and analytics, the company said.
