Infleqtion (INFQ) said Tuesday it plans to conduct a field test of its quantum gravity gradiometry technology in Colorado in 2027, aimed at supporting critical-minerals exploration.
The plans were announced at the opening of the Colorado Quantum Innovation Center in Louisville, the company said, adding that it is evaluating potential sites in Colorado's Third Congressional District.
The effort builds on Infleqtion's support for legislation that would direct the US Geological Survey to incorporate quantum gravity gradiometry into its Earth Mapping Resources Initiative.
