Centuria Capital Group(ASX:CNI) said it made significant progress since its June equity raising, with additional power, deployment capacity, and graphics processing unit (GPU) financing to support the next stage of growth at ResetData, its 50%-owned unit, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The company said a master services agreement has been signed with CDC Data Centres commencing with an initial allocation of 7 megawatts and a letter of intent for an increase to 10 megawatts, while about 10 megawatts of capacity is being accelerated within a Centuria data center with potential to fast-track up to an additional 20 megawatts.

Centuria secured 72 megawatts of power generation units for delivery in 2028 with multi-site optionality, and executed a AU$165 million GPU bridge financing facility with Macquarie Group's (ASX:MQG) Macquarie Bank unit, it added.
