Nebius Signs Deal With Vantage to Deploy AI Infrastructure at Wales Data Center

Nebius Group (NBIS) has signed an agreement with Vantage Data Centers to deploy high-density artificial intelligence infrastructure powered by Nvidia (NVDA) at Vantage's CWL1 data center campus in Newport, Wales, the companies said Thursday.
Financial terms were not provided.
Under the agreement, Nebius will lease capacity at CWL1 to support AI training, inference, agentic AI and enterprise AI workloads, the companies said.
The capacity is part of Nebius' UK infrastructure buildout, the companies said.
Shares of Nebius Group were down more than 3% pre-bell Thursday.
