Everbright Securities Subsidiary Issues 2 Billion Yuan in Medium-Term Bonds

Everbright Securities (SHA:601788, HKG:6178) indirect subsidiary Advance I (BVI) issued 2 billion yuan in medium-term debts, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Direct subsidiary China Everbright Securities International is the guarantor, the filing said.
The bonds form part of a $1 billion debt program set up in 2018.
Shares fell 1% in Shanghai during the midday break on Friday.
