ZUS Coffee is exploring an initial public offering of its Malaysian business to raise at least 1 billion ringgit, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

An IPO could take place on Bursa Malaysia as early as mid-2027, though discussions are ongoing and the timing and offering size remain subject to change.

The IPO could value the coffee chain business at about 4 billion ringgit, according to the report.

A ZUS Coffee representative, in an email reply to MT Newswires' query, said the company is focused on the region's growth and does not have news to share regarding a listing at the moment.
