Transurban Fiscal 2026 Earnings Rise; Revenue Declines

Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) logged AU$0.117 in earnings per stapled security for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.043 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.184.

For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$3.895 billion from a reclassified AU$3.95 billion revenue a year earlier, the Australia-listed toll‑road developer added.

Analysts expected AU$4.022 billion.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.35 per share, up from AU$0.33 a year earlier, payable Aug. 18 to shareholders on record as of June 30.

The company expects a fiscal 2027 distribution of AU$0.72.
