Asahi Intecc's Attributable Profit Balloons 152% in Fiscal 2026

Asahi Intecc's (TYO:7747) profit attributable to owners of the parent jumped 152% to 32.1 billion yen in the fiscal year ended June 30, from 12.7 billion yen a year ago, on significantly higher sales.

The medical device developer and manufacturer's basic earnings per share (EPS) rose to 120.59 yen from 46.92 yen, according to a Friday Tokyo Exchange filing.

Net sales for the 12 months rose 21% to 145.4 billion yen from 120.0 billion yen a year earlier.

For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, it forecast an attributable profit of 37.8 billion yen, basic EPS of 142.59 yen and net sales of 161.8 billion yen.

The company proposed a year-end dividend of 48.24 yen per share for the fiscal year ended June 30, up from 24.23 yen a year earlier.
