Nomad Foods (NOMD) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of 0.39 euros ($0.45) per diluted share, down from 0.40 euros a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected 0.37 euros.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was 723.7 million euros, down from 746.9 million euros a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected 719.9 million euros.
For 2026, Nomad Foods said it now expects adjusted EPS of 1.38 euros to 1.53 euros, versus prior guidance of 1.47 euros to 1.62 euros. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 1.51 euros.
Shares of the company were down 5% in Thursday's premarket activity.
