Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991, HKG:0991) completed the issuance of 2 billion yuan bonds on Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The two-year debt forms part of a 90 billion yuan program. The coupon rate for the bonds is 1.51%.
Shares fell 4% in Shanghai during Friday morning trading.
