Update: Aecom Swings to Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Loss, Revenue Drops; Shares Down Pre-Bell

Aecom (ACM) shares were down 7.3% in premarket activity Tuesday after the company reported a fiscal Q3 loss amid a decline in sales and provided a downbeat full-year adjusted earnings guidance.

The company reported a fiscal Q3 adjusted loss late Monday of $0.50 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $1.34 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected non-GAAP EPS of $1.46.

Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $3.59 billion, down from $4.18 billion a year earlier.

Aecom now expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $3.95 to $4.15. Analysts expect $5.96.
