Gold Circuit Electronics Board OKs $100 Million Capital Increase in Unit

Gold Circuit Electronics' (TPE:2368) board approved a $100 million capital increase for its unit, Gold Circuit Electronics (Thailand).
The investment will be made in batches according to operational needs, and will be used to replenish the unit's working capital, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Following the investment, Gold Circuit Electronics will hold a 100% stake in the Thai subsidiary.
The multi-layer and double-sided printed circuit boards manufacturer will finance the capital increase from its own funds.
